Comments:
Something different because Tuesday was hard. and long. and I'm sore! so Phil and I ran straight down to the track, did a half mile of striders, and then ran barefoot on the field. The barefoot felt great, and I'm also glad I got just a little speed in. I haven't picked up the pace once all summer. Dinner of lobster, shrimp, scallops, and lobster mashed potatoes at wonderful seafood restaurant downtown after :)
