Weather: 70s, beautiful
Comments:
Started with girls and Lew... Walked and did a random assortment of strength work, none of which was up to usual quantities. Ran solo for 13 minutes which involved three repeats up Cobblestone hill. (At least I got my breathing up.) Knee was fairly uncomfortable. Swam for 3 minutes after and had done a few minutes at Nobadeer in the morning.
