Comments:
we met at Legion today for practice. went down veach rd. to Sutherland. 1.5 mile warmup, from there we started our workout 5:00 on 5K pace (6:10) or so, with one minute ez recovery jog in between. then we had a 3 min. rest after 5, and then did 5 x 1:00 with 60 walk recovery and 30 second jog in between. we covered .32 avg. on the 2 minute portion and .17 on the 60 second portion. 1.6 on the 2 minute session and .85 on the 60 second sessions, covering around 2.5 total in 15 minutes... solid workout..
