Weather: -83 degrees. ok, not really, but close.
Comments:
a little over 5 miles on the treadmill... a trick: listen to a certain number of songs before you look at the numbers (aka how far you've gone) on the treadmill. that helped. i listened to 10 songs and i was already over 4 miles...
