Weather: 80 degrees, calm, low humidity

Comments:
felt better today. didn't eat much all day. second day in a row. legs a bit sore, probably more sore tomorrow. looking forward to getting back into shape. 2.5 months of moving, starting new jobs, and associated pressures really take it's toll on a guy. Throw a vacation in there, a ton of beer (literally) and an "eat whatever you want" attitude... and a perfect body can turn to shit in 2 months flat.
