I ran half a mile in sneakers, but my foot started hurting a lot, along with my ankle and shins. I then decided to take off my shoes and run that way, in the hopes that somehow it would be better than sneakers, but I made it about 10 steps before the pain was unbearable. I now think I have a stress fracture on the top of my right foot. I've already had one on my right foot, but it was in a different place and was because of pogo-sticking. This hurts more than that did. I talked to my parents about getting an X-ray and they said we'd go to the ER on a rainy day.
