Comments:
Pretty weak A1 workout. 2 miles up 1.6 miles, 90 second jog, 1.4. miles, 90 second jog, 1 mile. 2.5 miles down. No watch. Felt weak in general. Last night at the gym I was 181 so I am doing a good job on the weight but need to start eating better, sleeping more, drinking less beer, and taking my iron/vitamin pills. I may stop boxing too.
