Weather: warm-hot

Comments:
Ran grass along SLT through spillway to Clinton trails and back. Felt pretty hot in the sun and at times I felt pretty sluggish. I kept it at a very light pace and didn't worry about pace at all. At about seven miles I started to feel soar in the upper hamstrings, front and back of knees, and middle spine--I guess I'm not quite as recovered as I thought from the marathon a week ago. I hope to hit 70 miles this week (monday to sunday).
