Exercise Type: Run
Weather: In the high 60's, with tornadoes and rain.
Comments:
Okay so this was the 75 minute run, but the first time I tried to run it, there was a tornado... soooo I had to run back home. Then i tried running it again a few hours later and was more successful. The first 15 minutes was done on grass and dirt trail. Then a few minutes on the road. Then a good majority was done on the track and then the last 15 minutes was alternating between the roads and grass. During the time on the track I focused on lengthing my stride and swinging my arms a bit further. For the most part, everything felt alright. Just a bit of hip discomfort after the workout was finished.
