Comments:
Frolicked in the shallow water for an hour with daughters, then swam/aqua ran for a few hundred meters through mild surf to round a buoy and return to the beach. A fair bit of the effort was running in shallow water too, which isn't too bad on knee as there is minimal impact. Felt pleasantly taxing.
