Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 70's/low 80's. a little win, but mostly sunny.

Comments:
Did an easy run today, i ran with the girls in the beginning but i ran by myself most of the time. it was good; legs felt WAY better than yesterday; i was just thirsty. got to the hilton park and did some strides - i was really tired and it was really hot. did 1200 meters of formwork. then we did the iron workout - "ab-circuit". other then the thirst, i felt awesome :).

splits: 9:50, 9:44, 10:02, 10:10, 10:04. NO STOPS, YAY!

last few mile definately felt slower than the rest...
