Comments:
First track w/o with coach, nervous at start and right quad mildly twingy during warm up. Ended up doing really good and felt very strong, working hard so pretty fatigued after each interval. Did 3 400's with PR of 1:27 on first one. Did 3 200's with monster PR of 37 (previous was 39), did best when I went out really hard from start. Did cool down miel and felt very relaxed. Pscyhed to have good times close to 1 mile race next Saturday.
