Comments:
Got in a full lifting session in the afternoon at GDS. Ran with top group from STA to BK. Stretched and planked while they ran 6 repeats. Jogged half hill twice and ran back to STA. General fitness is still so lacking that I was completely gassed jogging up Cathedral Ave and BK... but it does feel good to suck wind again. Knee was not too bad (compared to breathing presumably from the endless Aleve)for most of the run, but it flared up intensely in funny places at time. For the first time I felt like I could feel what happens when I limp. I think I need to keep left foot toes angled in.
