Comments:
Went a little too fast so I eased off during the last few reps. 6 x 800 with 90 seconds in between. The total recovery distance was probably longer than 1.0 miles but whatever. Ankles (mostly left one) have been feeling a little weird lately. Not uncomfortable during the run but just throughout the day. Guess I'll talk to Clara on Thursday.
I think I should be ready to go by the first or second week of September.
