Exercise Type: Run
Weather: HOT, low 80's. lots of sun.
Comments:
today felt okay. i was REALLY thirsty. while warming up, i twisted my ankle, AGAIN. there was a freaking crack on the ground, ugh. i also had a blister on my foot, and it hurted, alot .. but while warming up, i ran by myself cooldown, i ran alone for the majority but ran behind ross for about half the way. we also did a couple of drills before we started our workout. we did a hill workout today - felt decent. did 2 sets of 5 in a 38-43 seconds range. then we had a hill relay - two times up and down = 400 meters. GO FAT GUYS! :)
