Comments:
ran at one of my favorite trails for the last time in a while. i made the trip out to yellow river a little after 9. i was alone, but with the great trails, it didn't matter. i kinda ran aimlessly, it's nice that there are enough interconnecting trails to not worry about a specific path. ran the first six about 6:40 pace, the next three between 640 and 630, then sped up for the last two miles sub 630. i felt really good today, and ran the longest post-accident run without tiring. i'm really looking forward to camp and this year.
stretch, 4x 1' planks, 4x25pushups
the pushups and planks were on a slight downhill, so i think they were harder, or something.
