Comments:
Today I made it into a 9 mile loop, went out at about 9. Legs felt a bit rigid, maybe the off day yesterday took me out of a flow. But, it was a good run nonetheless and the weather was beautiful. 5 x 100 striders, stretching, abs, rolling. Push-ups.
