Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
easy 7 miles. Nothing to report, except the nagging pain in my right leg. My history makes me afraid its a SFX, but I can't find a spot on my bone that hurts. I still think its the muscle. Icing 3-4X a day. Slower paces bother it more (but it's rarely noticeable on a run.) Just a few hours afterward and a little bit in the mornings/during the day.
