Weather: hot, evening run

Comments:
1.5 mile warm-up, stretch, 4x1mile at LT pace (6:40 per mile) with 1 min jogging recovery in between. Ran consistent pace with help from Jak and Taylor. 10x75m strides, 1.5 mile cool-down and stretch. Felt light headed this afternoon, but felt ok once I started running. Happy with today's work-out.
