LT Repeats!

I was really pumped finally be doing this workout with the team. Felt really good until halfway through 4 and all of 5--blame that on having only done 3 repeats before this. Just another phase in the adjustment. Save for the first one we were below our target pace the whole time (and the first one definitely could have been faster with no problem, we were just getting used to the pace.)

My body felt fine, just fatigued in my legs and my breathing was getting heavy on the last one. I blame that on feeling like I was keeping up with Mike rather than running with him. That's definitely something I need to fix mentally. I need to start looking at it as a partnership and not an along-for-the-ride kind of thing.

I think it'll start coming more as I feel more comfortable with the pacing, too. Just gotta stay on track.

Overall, really satisfied with the workout and very satisfied with most of the efforts by the rest of the team! Everyone has really good unity right now and is involved in warmups and stretching and just has good, positive attitudes.

My leg didn't bother me during the workout. Mild pain returned about an hour after stopping. I'll keep icing. Still think its a muscle thing, not a bone.
