Inside tempo

Comments:
Stayed inside to try to keep better pace on tempo, warmed up for a mile and hopped off to stretch. Did first mile @ 8:30 pace, 2nd @ 8:15 pace and final .5 mile @ 8 flat pace. First time doing tempo for more than 2 miles. Working pretty hard but able to stay with it. Felt strong, tired and happy at the end. Did 1 mile cooldown.
