Exercise Type: Run
Weather: uhhm, HOT? mid80's. SUNNY! but kinda' cool by the beach.
Comments:
Ate some special-k cereal before i came, yay i felt good. my ankle was hurting during the workout because i didn't have my wrap on in the sand. but i felt good. breathing was eh. i also drank two bottles of water before i came, it was good. warmup with kai, cooldown with kai and abby but lost them somewhere. i turned around and didn't see them there.. i didn't really enjoy the beach workout because of all those rocks, but i guess it was okay. other than my ankle and my breathing, i felt fine :). my 200's were between 22-27 seconds [somewhere in that range]. 3 sets of 5 with 30 second break? idk the guys were timing.
