THE FIF15TEEN WORKOUT

Today was the 15 workout..
15 minute warmup... then 60 seconds on 60 seconds off trying to cover 4k with 6-9 girls.
The girls did a great job of this workout sending 8 thru 4k and the 9th less than 5 seconds away. Claire covered around 43 meters with whit right behind her, and everyone else was close behing. i'll have to say i'm proud of this bunch, they did quite of good job today, maybe it's because they had a shot at getting tomorrow off. we had 7 go through 3k in 11 minutes. this is the best workout we've had.. i'm excited for the season
15 minute warmup..10 cooldown with stretching. some of the cvms girls also ran with us.
