Zach and I ran from Riverside Park to the Randolph College track and did 8x200m on full recovery. Josh ran down to the track with us and did a few of the 200s too. I felt really good on the 200s. Most of them we did in 31sec and some were 29sec or 30sec. It was a good workout.
