Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 1 mile, walked 100 ft, ran another mile. Sprinted a 100 ft later cause I had extra energy. I could have ran the miles without stopping but the back of my calfs (or calves people say it different) were extremeley tight. It was a little uncomfortable to run and I wasn't sure why it was doing that so I walked a bit but otherwise I felt great. :)
