Still pretty tired

Weather: mid 70's or so

60 minute m-hot. I really tried to push this towards closer to hot. I am really working hard so I can have my med runs faster. Today I've really been thinking and I wrote out some goals that I'd like to have for this year for xc. This run I ran mostly on grass and some trails. Hip just a bit sore, but not too bad.
