Weather: Very sunny and in 70's or so
Comments:
75 minute run with 5 x15 second hills. Well this run was so hard. Aaron rode his bike next to me so that was nice to keep the pace even. This run was so hilly. I think there were about 10 hills total, 5 very steep ones and some long inclines. My left hip hurt at the begining of the run, but it got much better during the run. I had some very bad cramps through towards the end. The run was mostly done on grass and road.
