BWC Start to End and Back

Comments:
Felt pretty good. Tried to start out and keep an easy pace. Mostly around 9:15 on the way out. Ran the pace down to 9:05 by the end. Last mile was sub 8 minutes. Carried two water bottles on belt and filled up twice (about 50oz total). Gel at 6 and 10 miles. Back to the long long run next week.
