workout was tougher than i thought it would be, 4 x 400m at 800ish pace with 2 min rest, hit 61, 64, 64, 67, not really feeling too great after and did not feel like running more cause my legs felt completely shot, after about 15-20 min we did 6 x 200m at a little quicker pace, hit 31, 31, 31, 30, 30, 29, felt much better during the 200s though still kind of fatigued today, ankle felt pretty bad when i was warming up and cooling down but it was perfectly fine when i was running hard, decent workout considering my ankle so happy about that
