Comments:
Had practice at 8am at YCP this morning..we did 30 minutes of ez running back at the trails, then did a group 2K.. group 1's target was 8:48 and group #2 was 9:20.. as they was strung together.. split into DC 6K relay pairs for (2) x 1K's.. good workout today..almost ready for race day on Tuesday..
