Exercise Type: Run
Weather: low 80's. some wind, but still uber hot..
Comments:
ran by myself around my neighborhood. did just a 3 mile easy run. i forgot to active stretch again .. heh. i stopped after a mile and did a two minute stretch cause my lower legs were really tight. breathing was fine and i wasn't thirsty, it was just my legs. my shins felt fine today cause i wrapped it better. a dog was following me at one point, it was kind of creepy. did some ab circuits, runner's reaches, and body squats.
i felt a lot slower than usual.
splits: 10:21, 10:14, 9:51.
