wow, last time i logged was like a week ago, my bad...I am just gonna put this as a lift, the cardio room bikes were full so I elipticaled for 25 minutes and then hit the weight room with flick....first time i had lifted in a long time and it kicked my ass, I guess that is good though, i plan on swimming during the time trial practice slot, coach oked it....on a side note i talked with jess about my knee, doctors appt., ect. and she said that I should not run until the case doctor sees the MRI which my dad should be bringing up wed/thrusday.. anyways doc is not going to be in until next week so my date of running on the 27th may get pushed back or I may just run on my own because I need to start up and I figure a first 1 mile run back is not going to kill me
