Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran crippen hill with the team out from camp. Pretty good run and really nice to run in a large group. Felt pretty good. I still think that is gets smaller every year, not too bad. We ran along the top until we were about 5 out and then turned back for a total of around 10.
