Weather: 74 degrees, post-rain, humid
Comments:
2pm, with Kristina, trails at northern section of Thatcher State Park. Man, I am NOT in trail shape. Albeit these were fairly technical, rooty and rocky trails, muddy and slick from the earlier downpour, but...wow. Realized that we only managed a 9:30 for the last mile, which was on a more open section. Thought about adding on some roads, but our knees and legs were shot. We didn't go far, or fast, but we got worked out.
