everyone was just there to get a quick cross train in, so i didnt get to go longer, but there is still the afternoon workout, shared a lane with ben for most of this. today i had some positive mental spin, I am really glad I didnt take the easy way out and quit, I will come back and I will be back stronger, I just don't know when right now
