Coach wrapped my ankle with a compression wrap Jess had given me. Wasn't sure how the ankle was feeling, so I did the warmup. It hurt from the beginning, but I went for the two miles to see if it maybe went away. It didn't. Coach was worried that it would hurt on take-off, which it did. But it also hurt when I landed on it. She called Jess and they decided it'd be better to skip the time trial. Ran back to Veale
