Comments:
Most of the group (as in everyone but Alyssa and me) ran this morning, but Jess told me I should get my ankle wrapped before I try running, so I will wait to run till this afternoon when she is there. Plus I like running in the afternoon better I think. Went to the pool. kick, swim, kick. then attempted water jogging.
