triple bluff
2 mile cool down
Legs felt heavy and tired on the warm up so I took it slow. tempo felt pretty good, I wanted to hit near 5:45 pace, so I was a little fast but pretty close. triple bluff felt a little tiring, but I took it easy. felt really good on the cool down, so I definitely had enough left and the tempo was actually a tempo pace for me.
