barnes suggested that I aqua jog, so I did 30 minutes of freestyle swimming and 30 minutes aqua jogging. aqua jogging was tough, saw caitlin at pool we talked for a little, my back is still really sore from lifting, lifting again tomorrow should be interesting...talked with jess after swim and am going to have to have my doctor fax the results of the mri to her machine, she seemed kind of confident that I could be ready to race by sudeck, idk if coach would be down for that but I would be ready to get out and race even if i get my ass handed to me, its time to step it up a level.. talked with steve about goals and he said "don't change your goals from when the summer started", even though some of those goals are not likley now, Im gonna work my ass off to get them, ready to keep putting the work in
