Comments:
First time I felt halfway decent in a long time. 15 minutes up, a few quick strides, then into the workout. 3x8min A1 with 2 min jog recovery. 16 minutes down. Did the concrete loop around the bridle path, the better footing hurts my back less. Gradually worked my way down from what felt like 6:00 pace to about 5:40 pace.
