Comments:
After the ride Joseph and I went on a run. It felt easy starting out but definitely felt like an AT run towards the end. Our first three miles were 6:46 6:51 and 7:05. I couldn't keep pace with him after that so I don't know what my pace was for the forth mile. He is really fast. Workout definitely felt good.
