Comments:
Reallyyyyy sore. Recovery usually is at 8 minutes/mi. This run barely could get going at that pace. Quads, hams, calves. Knees kind of felt swollen (fluid) as well?
This is suppose to be the 1st run of the day with 400m intervals in the afternoon, lets see....
