had a really good meeting with coach lanese this morning, went through everything and plans for the present/future, week 1 - 10 miles, add 6 every week. talked about my mental state and how I was on the verge of just giving up and quitting running, thanks to you all for helping me through that, I am going to be back and ready.....about to hit up the pool for an hour swim
