Pushed this run back all day since I missed running it in the morning with the team due to class. Ran on the path by the apartment and stopped at the 1.5 marker to stretch a bit and headed into the fartlek. 3min intervals felt long but I felt pretty fast throughout the whole workout. Had to stop to cross streets a couple times but they happened on the jog portions anyways. Quads started getting tired and I was breathing really hard by the end. Ended almost exactly at the 1.5 marker I started at so I'll just call it 4 miles. Cool down felt slow but I guess it wasn't. Great workout!!
