I was basically sprinting in the water to keep myself afloat. I had my back straight, so if I didn't move my legs quickly, I would sink. Ladder with 30 second cooldowns. In seconds: 30, 60, 90, 120, 90, 60, 30, 60, 90, 120. Along with warmup and cooldown.
