Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
So I was all ready to run intersquad, but my ankle was hurting on the warmup, like with each step I could feel a sharp little pain right where it's been hurting, then in striders beforehand it was like each step I could feel it a little more in the spikes. So right before we got to the line I told Coach Barnes and he said 'sit this out. do you want to run intersquad or do you want to run nationals?'. I went with nationals. So I didn't run. Pretty bummed, but I just want it to get better.
