Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Cardio room with Jammin. Watched a really offensive and kind of bad movie on tbs. Or maybe it was abc? Warmed up 10 min, then 5 min hard with 2 off, x4. Cool down. I always have a really hard time getting my heart rate up on the bike, but I did. Tried to work as hard as I could. Not as good as running, but better than hurting my ankle more.
