Weather: felt nice, low 70s with a bit of sun.

Comments:
ran alone around 6:30 ish at night. can't believe i missed the first meet - hope everyone did awesome. can't wait to come back to chicago, i really don't want to get killed by this hurricane on the east coast.

did just an easy 3.2 mile recovery. felt decent. NO PAINS!! breathing was okay. i just got pissed that a dog almost bit me.. did strides after - 100 meters each x 6 strides = butt-kicks, high-knees, a-skips, bounders, straight leg, and basketball. that's when my bruise started hurting.

also did 1 set of 30 knee fall-outs and 1 set of 15 on each leg fire hydrants.

splits: 10:34, 10:44, 10:42. .2 miles: 2:09.
