Long run at Black Water

Comments:
Went pretty quick for some of this long run, from the start to 25 minutes was probably 6:15 or so pace, then 25 minutes to 45 minutes was about 5:45 pace, so there was some tempo like effort in the long run. Overall it was good though, another good long run.
