Weather: high 60s. windy!! cold ish.

Comments:
ran by myself. no sorts of aches or pains. just thirsty. it was pretty cold, i couldn't feel my legs while running. but other than that, i felt fine. just did an easy pace of 11 minutes/1 mile run. no extra work today (:
